Baptism Preparation Information

Step 1 - Download, Print and fill out our Baptism Information Form.

Step 2 - Contact our Baptism Assistant to get started. Mary (203) 734-2484

Step 3 - Sign up for FORMED Catholic Video Service (Free to our parishioners)

Step 4 - Watch the first 3 episodes of REBORN on the FORMED Catholic Service

These 3 episodes contain the required Parent and Godparent Preparation.

Step 5 - Return your filled out Baptism Information to the church.

5 steps must be complete before a date for baptism can be set.
